Surgical oncologist Steven Evans, MD has joined forces with the American Cancer Society to battle breast cancer for the 2017 Real Man Wear Pink Campaign. The campaign was born out of a desire for men to have a unique way to help in the fight against breast cancer. Real Men Wear Pink allows communities to nominate local male leaders to spearhead fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society's breast cancer initiatives. Every dollar raised supports the American Cancer Society's mission to save lives from breast cancer.
Anyone interested in donating to this effort may do so through Dr. Evans’ team page on the campaign website. So far, Dr. Evans’ team has raised over $3,000, and as of August 28th, the campaign has collectively raised $84,402.
