Islet Transplantation from Pigs, Self, and Allogeneic Embryonic Stem Cells

Date

October 7, 2021 - 8:30am

Event Description

Presenter: Dr. Martin Wijkstrom

Dr. Wijkstrom's research has been focused on preclinical development of xenotransplantation, mostly in islet and kidney models using cells and organs from genetically engineered pigs.
