The University required the creation of "Resilience Plans" for adjusting operations during shifts in its COVID-19 operational postures in response to changes in local pandemic conditions. The below Resilience Plans for pre-clinical and clinical research operations in the School of Medicine describe how investigators will need to adapt their programs to safely conduct research during fluctuations in severity of the pandemic. We anticipate that implementation of these plans will eliminate the need for reactivating our school-wide process for ramping down and restarting the entire research enterpirse in response to changes in local pandemic conditions.
